Is Reality a Projection of the Mind?

My question is about the double slit experiment's conclusion. The way I understand it is that simply put, reality is a projection of the mind. My question is, "Can a universe exist without an intelligent mind in it?"

We haven't found any colleagues who have observed a universe without any minds in it. Needless to say, that doesn't prove that no such universes exist. In typical multiverse pictures nearly all universes lack minds.

There are potentially interesting questions about how the limits of minds might shape perceived features of the universe. For example, some people claim that the perception of definite outcomes (e,.g. Schroedinger's cat being either alive or dead but not both) arises from information-processing limits of minds. These questions are unresolved and difficult to think about.
