Lemon/potato Battery

Q:
I understand that when making a lemon or potato battery sometimes you need to use more than one to light a light bulb but if I were to use both lemons and potatoes would that increase the amount of electricity I get from the battery?...or is better to use just one battery of a kind?

There’s no particular advantage to mixing lemons and potatoes in a battery. You might as well just use more batteries of one type.

But I missed lunch, and now you’ve got me wondering whether potatoes roasted in a little lemon juice might be good.
