Where Does Space Come From?

Universe was made of two things : energy and space according to Big Bang theory. According to it anti matter was also came with matter such that they all make it zero. But my question is that from where does the space comes from?

That's a very good question, but we don't know the answer. Some theorists are trying to work on fundamental theories in which space emerges from some deeper mathematical structure. Maybe someday an answer will be known. Mike W.
