Quark Content of a Proton.

Yes.   According to the quark model the top quarks have charge +2/3 whereas the bottom quarks have charge  -1/3.  Add them up and you get a net charge of +1, just right for a proton.   Similarly, a neutron contains two bottom quarks and one top quark.
