No.   Dark energy is a hypothetical energy that permeates all of space.  The concept was introduced by astrophysicists in order to explain subtleties in the observed expansion rate of the universe.  No direct experiment has ever observed it.   If it does exist it seems improbable, at least to me, that it could be used to generate electricity or any useful energy source.
