Accelerating in Water?

Q:
if i place a person in a container filled with h2o and could accelerate to 20,000 miles an hour in 1 milli second and then stop it to 0 miles per hour in 1 milli second. what would happen to the person!?

 The poor person would get flattened, fore and aft.
20,000 mph is about 9,000 meters per second.   To start or stop in one millisecond requires a gravity force equivalent of about 1000 g's.  Since the density of the human body is very close to that of water there is no difference whether or not you are in water.  F = ma.
