Quantum Frequency

Q:
Hello, I was watching an episode of Eureka the other day and they had this vest. This vest could change your "quantum frequency" if I'm not mistaken and allow phasing though objects when worn. My questions are: Is their such thing as a "quantum frequency" and if so could it be altered to phase through objects and materials?

A:
Sure, there's a natural definition of quantum frequency, is just the energy divided by Planck's constant: E/h. You can alter it in many ways. For example, eating a donut increases your quantum frequency. However, eating the donut makes it harder to pass through things. Dieting lowers your quantum frequency and makes it easier to pass through things, but perhaps not to the extent for which you were hoping. I don't know what "phasing through" means.
