Whoops- there’s no way to answer that question. It’s like asking ’how many pounds are there in a foot?". They’re measures of completely different things, not different units for the same thing.

A microfarad is a unit of capacitance equal to one millionth of a Farad. A capacitor with a capacitance of one Farad will store one Coulomb of electrical charge (+1 Coulomb on one plate and -1 Coulomb on the other) when the voltage difference across the plates is one Volt. A Coulomb is the unit of charge passed in one second by a wire with one Ampere of current in it.
