Bessler's Wheel... No Perpetual Motion Machine

Do you think that besslers wheel could work with the use of magnets???

No, no, a thousand times no!   Peperpetual motion machines of all shapes, sizes, and movements have been proposed by hundreds of inventors.  They all don’t work.  The most fundamental law of the universe is the conservation of energy, i.e. ’there is no such thing as a free lunch’.   This law has been tested on microscopic devices as well as at planetary and galactic scales.
