| It's pretty common for animals to behave in strange ways right
after you bring them into a new home. But they should start getting
used to your house within a few days. If they don't, and they continue
to act strangely (especially if they're not eating or drinking), you
should get in touch with your veterinarian. When animals are really
scared, it's sometimes possible for them to actually make themselves
sick. For animals like birds or lizards you may need to look through
