Bees dont just carry their honey, they actually make it in mid-flight! When bees find flowers, they can take either pollen or nectar to store and eat later. This may sound kind of gross, but in either case they will carry it right in their mouths! If its pollen, then not much happens til they get back to their hive, but if its nectar then the enzymes and other chemicals in the bees saliva will turn the nectar into honey. The reason that this is important is because nectar goes bad very easily but honey can be stored for a long time.
