i wanted 2 know ... how kids , of ages 5 - 16 make diets ? and i am also intressed on the diets of the elder people ! i need this information 4 scool !

of things in order to survive. In order to make a diet you plan to use,
it is best to talk to a doctor. If you are trying to teach about

pryamid helps teach people how much of each food group should be eaten
in a day.
