Hi Aditya,

Magnets have north and south poles.   North repels north and south repels south but north and south attract each other.  The force of gravity on the other hand is different.  Any mass will always attract another mass.  Repulsion is not allowed.    The technical names are 'dipole'  for the magnet case and 'monopole' for the gravitational case.
