Learn more physics!
Do you have any information on machines - simple, complex, and compound?

I suggest looking in one of the many great books you
can find on physics in your school or local library. One of my
favorites is "Conceptual Physics" by Paul Hewitt. Parts of this may be
a bit tricky if you are in 4th or 5th grade, but there are some nice
ideas there that your teacher or a parent can help you understand.
There are also some nice places to visit on the web. I searched for
"Simple Machines" and found the following: http://www.angelfire.com/scifi/dschlott/simplemachines.htmlhttp://www.uark.edu/depts/aeedhp/agscience/simpmach.htm
Good luck, Mats
