Q:
what is force. units of measurements
- Anonymous
A:
Newton's second law tells us that the force is equal to the mass times
the accerelation of something. That may sound complicated, but it isn't
as hard as you think. The mass of an ojbect is the ammount of stuff the
object is made of. The acceleration is how fast the object is speeding
up or slowing down. So a force is something that causes the object to
move or to stop. That is like pushing or pulling.
The unit pf force are called a Newton. One Newton (N) is the force
required to cause one kilogram (kg) of stuff to have an acceleration of
one meter per second per second (m/s/s).
