Q:
Do different kinds of potatoes all make electricity? What is special about potatoes? Could other vegetables or fruits dod the same?

A:
Brent -
Any sort of potato should work to make a battery.
The important thing to make a vegetable or fruit battery work is the
pieces of metal you use, not the potato or lemon. (Potato batteries,
lemon batteries, etc. all work the same way.)
