can a proton be formed using a 2 top quarks and 1 bottom quark?

Yes. According to the quark model the top quarks have charge +2/3 whereas the bottom quarks have charge -1/3. Add them up and you get a net charge of +1, just right for a proton. Similarly, a neutron contains two bottom quarks and one top quark.
If you type 'quark model' into you favorite search engine you will find a treasure trove of information.
