If i create a vaccum inside a cocacola can, seal it, and keep it in a tub of hot water, what would be the temperature inside the can?(the vaccum space)

The aluminum can itself would quickly reach very nearly the same temperature as the water. To the extent that the inside of the can is really evacuated completely, the only thing in it to have a temperature is the electromagnetic field. It reaches equilibrium with the can very quickly. So it too will have the same temperature as the water. That means there will be a substantial amount of infrared radiation in it.
