I was wondering...Would it be a loss of lordosis, or a case of kyphosis that would allow your spine to to rub up against your spine and bruise it?

Your question may need rephrasing. Did you really mean "your spine to  to rub up against your spine"? That would be a pretty spectacular case of swayback.  We'll try to answer if you can clarify.
