This question is very urgent!!!! An considerable solar flare has just been detected. Aurora borealis might be visible in low latitudes. My question is when the impact with the magnetic field scheduled for tomorrow?? Which time????? Please answer ASAP! Thank you very much!!

There is no fixed time delay because it depends on the energy of the electrons emitted by the sun.  Typically it can be from two to four days.  You can search the web and find news accounts of flare-aura borealis events, for example:
