Water Freezing With oil in It

Will water freeze if there is oil in the same container

Sure. Just put it in the freezer. The oil may get more viscous and sticky, or even harden up, although many oils don’t really have just one freezing temperature like the water does. The oil may act as a thermal insulator, a blanket over the water, but that just makes the freezing process take longer.
