Where can I find a list of the freezing points of various substances?

Probably the best resource for this sort of information is the
CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics. This is a large book with a
lot
of information. It is also pretty expensive to buy new, so I would
recommend looking for a used copy or an older edition. You can also
find copies at nearly all high-school or college libraries, and in many
chemistry lab rooms.
As for online resources, I have not been able to find any really
complete tables, but we'd be happy to add a link if you know of a good
one.
