Does the speed of moving object increases by the increasing of friction force between it and air?

A:
No it's the other way around. Friction is a force that opposes relative motion. So the speed of an object moving in air will tend to slow down due to friction. It's sort of like the moving object keeps bumping into air molecules. Each little collision tends to slow it down.
