How Much Salt in a Liter of sea Water?

i m working on project of reverse osmosis i want to calculate the amount of salt in one liter of seawater
- Altaf (age 25)
Mumbai, Mharashtra, India

It's about 35 grams.   But take a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seawater for much more information about sea water.
