Q:
i was wondering, does the color of the water affect its evaporation? like for instance, if i put a red food coloring in one glass and leave another clear, will the clear glass evaporate faster and when the red water evaporates, will the food coloring be left behind or will it evaporate with it?

As for whether or not the food coloring will
be left behind, it will depend on the specific food coloring. Some dyes
will evaporate with water and some will not. I guess you'll just have
to try it and see. ;)
