what happens if you heat ice or water for a certain time after it has reached its boiling point?

In ideal situations, if you start with ice at a temperature below 0
degrees celsius and begin to heat it up, different parts of the ice may
heat up at different speeds, but the ice will not turn into a liquid
until all of the ice is at 0 degrees. Next, the ice begins to turn into
water, but the water does not begin to heat up until all of the ice has
If you continue to add heat to the water now, the water will heat
up to 100 degrees. At this point, some of the water will begin to
evaporate into steam, but the steam will stay at 100 degrees until
after all of the water has evaporated.
Once all of the water has evaporated, continuing to add heat to the steam will just increase it's temperature.
