Can we make generation or amplification current or voltage by using any property of SOUND waves?
I am trying to do it as a project from which we can gain advantage of developing useful amount of voltage in small applications.

Any piezoelectric device can generate electrical signals from sound waves, and vice versa.
Perhaps what you are thinking of is similar to the use of surface acoustic waves (SAW) in small electronic devices. A beginning description can be found in Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surface_acoustic_wave.
