Does 'Global Dimming' exist, and can measuring the evaporation of water over a period of time represent its effects?

Dear Colin,
I'm not sure what you mean by "Global  Dimming".   An effect called "Global Warming" has been identified by many scientists involved in global climate observations and predictions.

As for "evaporation", the rate of evaporation is certainly increased by higher water temperature, which could be caused by Global Warming.
