K-12 Science 2 Schools Traveling Science Programs: The Mobile Science Show

The Mobile Science Show includes three parts:
Student shows are usually 30-35 minutes for grades K-2, 40-45 minutes for grades 3-4 and 50-55 minutes for grades 5-6. Each show will include some demonstrations only activities and some that will involve teachers and students.
The drive in field trip is for a specific grade level. This is done in the classroom with each teacher and their students.
Teacher workshops include the content of the subject matter, demonstration of this activity and then the teachers do the activity in the classroom.
In addition, there are two workshops held at the Colorado School of Mines in June. Science and Art for K-6 teachers and Hands-On Science Activities for Middle School 6-9 teachers.
Physical Science (chemistry and physics)
K-6 and 6-9
Individual classrooms as a field trip, grade level assemblies. Assemblies usually are K-2, 3-4 and 5-6 grades grouping - Size will vary but usually keep it between 100-150.
Custom made programs for schools children. Student shows vary in
cost. The cost of $600 for the three shows. Also do hands-on teacher
workshops using funding from grants to supply the teachers with the
materials to do the activities. Teacher workshops are $600. the
materials cost for the KITS is separate.
