Western Newfoundland from St. Anthony in the north to Harbour Breton in the east and Burnt Islands to the south together with south Labrador coast from Forteau to Cartright. Have funding to take an a/v version of show all over Labrador as far north as Nain.
The full presentation takes about one and a half hours. It is aimed to make chemistry more real for high school science students. I do relevant demonstrations and talk (with slides) about the importance of chemistry in today's world. It is NOT a 'magic' show!
Chemistry
10-12 mostly, other grades upon request.
Science students. For western Nfld, students are bused in to College and Show presented in Theatre - 200 seat capacity (3-4 shows over two day period). For Labrador, I visit individual schools and we have all science students in school.
